2. Our Payment Methods

All the products and services offered on our website tiendapasquin.cl can be paid for through the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Once the bank transfer option is selected, the bank details of the Pasquín SPA account will be displayed, and you can transfer within a 24-hour window.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pasquín reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are not included in the listed prices.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our site. By submitting an order, you authorize Pasquínstore to charge the specified payment method.

3. Our Refund Policy

At Tienda Pasquín, we want you to have the best shopping experience. Therefore, each purchase made in our stores in Chile at Galería Drugstore, local 9j or Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT), local 1024, and through pasquinstore.com and tiendapasquin.com will be subject to the following Refund Policy:

  • For Exchanges: We believe in the right to change your mind, which is why each customer has 30 business days to request a product exchange (poster, mini poster, or fine art sticker) if it doesn’t meet the buyer’s/recipient’s preferences or if it has any defects. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pasquinstore.com (USA) or contacto@tiendapasquin.cl (Chile and Latinamérica).

It’s important to note that the exchange will only be valid for products of the same size and format. Exchanges based on the "total purchase value" are not allowed. Additionally, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • For Refunds: If requesting a refund, the customer has up to 10 business days from the time the order is received to request a refund if the product does not meet expectations, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the E-Commerce Regulations.

To process a refund, the customer must send an email to hello@pasquinstore.com (USA) or contacto@tiendapasquin.cl (Chile and Latinamérica) so the order can be collected from their home, free of shipping charges. For more information on our refund policy, you can check our website.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pasquín Store or content suppliers, and is protected by U.S. and the International copyright laws.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to our site, such as reviews, comments, or photos, you grant Pasquín Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right, which can be sublicensed, to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content worldwide in any media.

Pasquín Pre-Sale and Giveaway Terms

1. Promotion: Pasquín is launching an exclusive pre-sale, where customers who purchase peel-and-stick wallpapers or make purchases over $150,000 CLP (approx. $170 USD) will automatically enter a special giveaway.

2. Eligibility:

  • All customers who purchase peel-and-stick wallpapers or make purchases over $150,000 CLP during the pre-sale period will automatically enter the giveaway.
  • Purchases over $100,000 CLP (approx. $115 USD) include free shipping within Chile.

3. Special Discount: During the pre-sale, all peel-and-stick wallpapers will be available at a 30% discount, with free shipping for orders over $100,000 CLP.

4. Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: One year of Pasquín products, including a subscription to the Pasquín Club with 6 boxes of exclusive products delivered throughout the year.
  • Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 Printer: This prize is available only for purchases within Chile. The printer does not include shipping costs and must be picked up at our workshop located at Las Urbinas 53, Office 11, Providencia, Santiago.

5. Pre-Sale Period: The pre-sale will be available until September 20th, 2024, or until stock runs out, with limited units available.

6. Product Delivery: Pre-sale products will be delivered during the first weeks of October 2024.

7. Giveaway: The drawing will take place on October 15, 2024 and the winner will be notified later..

8. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Custom products: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • General products: If the customer is not satisfied with the product, returns are accepted as long as the products are returned in perfect condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

9. Warranty: All Pasquín products come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring the quality of our products.

10. General Terms:

  • Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Pasquín reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
